Talent 100 leaders are selected through a dual-path process designed to balance peer recognition with thoughtful curation.

Peer nominations (50%)
About half of the Talent 100 leaders are nominated directly by fellow people and recruiting leaders. This ensures the list reflects real-world impact and respect from peers who work in the field every day.

Selection committee nominations (50%)
The remaining leaders are nominated by our selection committees, which include senior talent practitioners and industry advisors. These committees actively seek out outstanding leaders who may be under-recognized, with a strong emphasis on representing diverse backgrounds, company stages, industries, and geographies.

Our goal is to be as inclusive and representative as possible, highlighting excellence across the full spectrum of modern talent leadership rather than a single archetype.


Who is eligible to be nominated?

Anyone leading or influencing talent acquisition, or recruiting operations is eligible. This includes leaders from startups, enterprises, agencies, and AI-forward recruiting initiatives.


Is there a nomination fee?

No. Nominations and submissions are completely free. Our goal is to highlight the most impactful talent leaders—without barriers or pay-to-play requirements. Selection is completely based on merit.

There is no ongoing commitment required. The Talent 100 selection process is a one-time, lightweight review to confirm eligibility and inclusion. Once leaders are selected, there is no recurring evaluation, ongoing obligation, or continued selection process.
